Jumin-tohroku（住民登録）Resident ragistration. It must be done within 14days after moving in Japan at the local government office. Formality is required upon relocation as well at previous and new place.
Kokuho（国保）Compulsory national health insurance. Formality must be done upon Jumin-tohroku, payment of premium (tax) can be done at convenience stores with a transfer form.
Kokumin-nenkin（国民年金）Compulsory pension (insurance) for those aged 20+. Formality must be done upon Jumin-tohroku, payment of premium (tax) can be done at convenience stores with a transfer form.
Kousei-nenkin（厚生年金）Pension (insurance)for employees. Once your employer registered it, formality to stop Kokumin-nenkin must be done.
Koyo-hoken（雇用保険）Unemployment insurance. Formality is done by employer, premium will be deducted from your salary.
Nomikai（飲み会）Drinking party with boss, colleagues, friends, etc. You don't need to be forsed to join.

Tohsatsu（盗撮）Peeping.Taking picture/videos of the others and/or others' belongings is treated the same, even if it is openly done.
Zairyu-card（在留カード）(Foreigners) Residence card. Formality must be done within 14days after moving in Japan and upon relocation at the local government office.
